Trips are mainly for 18+ travellers. Ages 16–18 may join with an accompanying adult. Some European trips may be suitable for children aged 8+, as specified in the itinerary.


Yes. Many guests travel solo and quickly become part of the group.


Yes. For all group trips, a Maltese trip manager will accompany the group throughout the trip. For trips outside Europe, a local licensed guide will also be present to ensure local expertise, safety, and smooth operations.


Group trips have a maximum of 20 participants. In some cases, this may increase to 21 travellers, depending on single supplement and rooming arrangements. We intentionally keep groups small to ensure a more personal, enjoyable, and well-managed experience.


Trips are all-inclusive as per the itinerary, typically covering flights, accommodation, transfers, some meals and excursions.


Flights are included only when clearly stated in the itinerary.


Yes — travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers. Your policy must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and repatriation for the full duration of the trip. For adventure-based trips, appropriate coverage is strongly recommended.


It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure their passport is valid (usually at least 6 months from the return date) and to obtain any required visas. We will provide guidance, but final responsibility remains with the traveller.


Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and the Terms & Conditions are accepted.


Yes. Cancellation fees apply depending on the notice period. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions.


Yes, subject to approval and a €250 administration fee.


Some trips include adventure and adrenaline-based activities. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate. Please review the itinerary carefully and consult a medical professional if unsure.


If a trip is cancelled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to join an alternative trip of similar value.


Depending on the trip, travellers may share a room with another participant or request a single room, subject to availability and a single supplement. Full details will be provided in the trip program.


Yes, all trips include some free time in addition to scheduled activities. We aim to see and experience as much as possible, but participants are welcome to skip any activity if they wish to enjoy extra free time.


Yes. Travel requires flexibility. Itineraries may change due to weather, safety, logistics, or operational reasons. Such changes do not entitle travellers to refunds.


Yes. By joining a trip, you consent to photos and videos being taken, which may also be used for promotional purposes.


Absolutely. With a Maltese trip manager, local guides where applicable, and a supportive group environment, Tribe trips are ideal even for first-time travellers.


Please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs, though this depends on destination and local availability.


It is the traveller’s responsibility to arrive on time at the agreed meeting point. Missed flights, transfers, or activities due to late arrival are non-refundable.


Group trips are sold as a complete package. Joining late or leaving early is generally not supported and does not entitle the traveller to any refunds. However, when a traveller wishes to extend their trip, we do our best to accommodate their request and assist with arranging different flights or help out with any further planning.


No. Participation in activities is optional unless stated otherwise. However, no refunds are applicable for activities not attended.


Before departure, you will stay fully informed through ice-breaking meet-ups, where you can get to know your fellow travellers and ask questions. You will also receive a detailed itinerary, meeting point details, WhatsApp group access for group trips, and important travel reminders to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.


Your safety is our priority. We work with trusted suppliers, licensed guides, and experienced trip managers. However, all travellers must follow instructions given by the trip manager and local guides at all times.


Tribe is about connection, adventure, and community. These trips are not mass tourism — they are thoughtfully designed experiences led with passion, energy, and a strong sense of belonging.
